The Volleyball Section (Men and Ladies) has been holding 'official' Police Sport UK National Championships since 1988. The section has an average of 13 teams competing in both the Men and Ladies competition and there are no qualifying / regional competitions.

Players are selected at the Police Sport UK Championships to take part in an annual England v Scotland fixture, as currently no team from Wales or Northern Ireland compete. Both a Men's and Ladies squad are selected to compete in the Annual Crown Services Tournament against the Army, Fire Service, Prison Service, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy - the competition taking place in May each year.

Men's volleyball has been a USPE sport for some years now and 2009 sees the first USPE Ladies Championship. The Volleyball section is a well established section and always ready to welcome new teams to their annual Championships, particularly those from Wales and Northern Ireland, or other Forces who have made appearances in the past.

Please see our section rules with regard to players wishing to participate, but who currently do not have a team to play for.
